I would highly recommend this estate agent. We have used them twice now and both times I havent been able to fault them. Great communication, open and honest and very efficient. It has made the process a lot less stressful for us and would definitely use this agent again.
It's amazing that this agent manage to sell any property. I'd be surprised if they could sell a bucket of water to a person on fire. They do not communicate with each other, let alone with their clients. I have spent more time communicating with their answering service than with anyone at the office. Calls not returned, emails not answered and promises broken. How can it take so long to market a property? Then they sent unsuitable applicants to view the property and now absolutely nothing from them. I will not be selling through them now so it's all been a stressful waste of time.
